A native New Yorker, who was raised a "Jersey Boy," Keith came to Los Angeles to begin his film career in 1984. A graduate of Rutgers University, Keith climbed the production ranks, from Production Assistant and a stint with the Walt Disney Company, to Assistant Location Manager, through more than a decade as a Location Manager, to Production Manager and Line Producer, all while working on his own screenplays.
In addition to his film work, Keith holds a California teaching credential as well as a Master's Degree in Education. He is also a prolific still photographer, a player and manager in competitive softball, a voracious reader, and a lover of languages and cultures. A modern day Renaissance Man, Keith has been a ceramic potter, is studying Mandarin Chinese as his third language, enjoys rock climbing with friends, and yes, in fact, writes with fountain pens.
Keith lives in Los Angeles, where he is still hoping to meet his future wife, although he readily concedes, "She's probably married to someone else by now."
